E101-PHC Features:

Overview: Higher-capacity version of the E101-P with capacities up to 1,600 CFH.
Construction: Heavy-duty metal skid-style frame with all components factory mounted, piped, and wired.
Controls: PLC-based touchscreen HMI with plain-English diagnostics, alarm history, real-time I/O monitoring, and remote support capability.
Installation: Plug & Play package arrives fully assembled, pre-piped, pre-wired, and factory tested.
Capacity: Up to 1,600 CFH.
Flow Rate: No minimum flow requirement—the booster can safely dead-head without adverse effects.
Connection: 2" NPT union or flanged inlet and outlet connections for simplified installation.
Approvals: UL/CSA approved gas booster pump and components.
Standard Features: Hermetically sealed magnetic-coupled drive, pre-plumbed check valves, bypass piping, low gas pressure switch, and ETTER's Mode R regulated outlet pressure with automatic system ON/OFF based on building demand.
Optional Features: Smart UPS backup power, gas leak detection, BACnet communications, outdoor enclosures, remote owner monitoring, and additional control packages.

Booster Worx: E101-PHC

The Booster Worx E101-PHC is ETTER Engineering’s higher-capacity packaged gas booster system, designed for applications requiring increased flow while maintaining reliable gas pressure. Ideal for commercial and industrial process heating equipment, boilers, generators, ovens, and retrofit projects, the E101-PHC delivers dependable performance in a compact, factory-packaged solution.

Built on a rugged metal skid-style frame, every E101-PHC arrives pre-piped, pre-wired, and factory tested for true Plug & Play installation. The hermetically sealed magnetic-coupled booster eliminates shaft seals and potential leak paths, providing reliable operation with reduced maintenance. Powered by a 1/3 HP TEFC motor and built with UL/CSA approved components, the E101-PHC is engineered for long-term performance in demanding environments.

Every E101-PHC now comes standard with a PLC-based touchscreen HMI, giving operators enhanced system visibility through plain-English fault diagnostics, alarm history, and real-time input/output monitoring. ETTER also includes remote connectivity for factory technical support, with optional remote monitoring available for end users.

Additional features include 2″ NPT union or flanged connections, no minimum flow requirement, pre-plumbed check valves, bypass piping, and a low gas pressure switch for dependable, worry-free operation.
