TITAN Catalytic Control Panel
The TITAN Catalytic Control Panel features state-of-the-art UL-approved controls and incorporates our advanced Gas Pulse Technology (GPS)—a proven and tested method for efficient, multi-zone catalytic heating. The GPS system is the most cost-effective way to achieve precise temperature control in catalytic ovens with multiple heating zones, utilizing PLC-based controls for seamless integration and operation.
GPS works by carefully metering precise pulses of gas, ensuring optimal temperature settings while providing the flexibility for multi-zone heating arrays. The system includes a recipe-based menu that interfaces directly with digital output cards. Operators can easily call up pre-programmed recipes from the intuitive, touch-sensitive PLC screen, and the system automatically adjusts the controls using the Gas Pulse Technology for perfect results every time.
