Jon G. Moore

Jon Moore is the Vice President of ETTER Engineering, a leader in the combustion and process heating industries.

Originally from Baltimore, Jon moved to Connecticut in 1972 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Hartford in 1984.

Before joining ETTER Engineering, Jon spent 13 years at TODD Combustion leaving there as Chief Engineer, where he honed his expertise in combustion technology. He joined ETTER Engineering in 1997, bringing with him valuable engineering and combustion experience. Initially focused on Outside Sales, Jon worked closely with ETTER’s regional client base. Over time, he specialized in the Gas Booster division, which had long been a key area of the company’s focus. 

In 1999, Jon was promoted to Vice President, where he worked alongside Tom Etter to shape the company’s vision for the future. Under their leadership, ETTER Engineering continued its growth and prominence in the industry. 

Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his family, attending music festivals and concerts, traveling, and unwinding at his summer home on a New Hampshire lake, where he enjoys boating and the peaceful natural surroundings.
