We’re always looking for Controls Engineers with experience in control panel design, particularly with a strong understanding of UL 508A standards. The ideal candidate will be skilled in PLC and HMI programming, and experience with combustion controls and burner management is a significant advantage. In this role, you'll work on developing, implementing, and troubleshooting control systems for our combustion and heating solutions, helping to drive innovation and ensure system reliability for our clients.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting control systems, including those used in combustion and heating solutions. Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and control systems design is highly valued. A strong understanding of industrial automation and a commitment to system optimization are key. As a Combustion Service Technician, you’ll work hands-on with burners and combustion systems, providing service and support for our customers in the field. This is a field-based role with plenty of room for growth, where you'll gain exposure to a wide range of systems and processes. We welcome candidates with previous experience, but training will be provided for the right individual who shows enthusiasm and the willingness to learn on the job.
We always seeking Calibrations Technicians to perform field calibrations in compliance with ANAB standards. Precision and attention to detail are critical in this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our clients’ systems. While experience in calibrations is preferred, we offer training for motivated candidates who have a strong attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
As part of our expanding team, ETTER Engineering is seeking motivated and ambitious Outside Sales professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge combustion and heating solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial sales, with an understanding of the technical aspects of the products we offer. If you're a self-starter who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys a challenge, we'd love to see what you can bring to our team.
