gasPOD Packaged System Features:

Overview: ETTER’s premium offering for a packaged gas booster system. Fully assembled skid mounted system using the ENGB gas booster. All components are upgraded and connected with welded piping. Various control features, options, and sizes to meet all of your gas booster needs.
Materials: etal skid designed to fit through a man door on a pallet jack for systems comprises of ENGB-2 or 3 series boosters. ENGB-4 units will not fit through a typical man door and require larger opening for access.
Installation: The gasPOD is truly a “Plug and Play”™ unit, pre-piped, wired, and tested to ensure seamless installation right off the truck.
Control Philosophies: Standard control philosophies include Mode I: Interlocking to the Load Equipment; Mode R: Regulated outlet control with pressure compensated flow monitoring for Auto ON-OFF based on building demand; Mode V: VFD controlled for outlet pressure control; Mode G: Generator control package complete with integral Smart UPS Battery Back-up.
Bonus: Our systems are complete to meet even the most demanding Consulting Engineers and Gas Company’s standards. Options that include: Stacked Duplex systems, Gas Leak Detection; BMS Communication Packages; Heat Exchanger packages when necessary; Outdoor steel transclosures; and three valve by-pass.

gasPOD Packaged Systems

The gasPOD™ is a skid-mounted, packaged hermetic gas booster system that arrives fully pre-piped, wired, and tested, eliminating technical risks right from the start.

Installation is straightforward: simply place the skid, connect the electrical power to the control panel, link the supply and discharge piping to the field piping, and flip the switch to get started.

ETTER also offers a range of customizable options, including integrated control systems, gas leak detection, outdoor steel enclosures, and heat exchanger packages, all designed to meet the specific requirements of your application.

Our Packaged Gas Booster Systems are designed to fit through a 36" door and can boost up to 42" WC, with volumes exceeding 120,000 ICFH. Delivered piped, wired, and ready to install, these systems offer a seamless Plug and Play experience for easy, hassle-free setup.
