E101-P-HTD or E101PHC-HTD Features:

Overview: These versions of the E101-P Series of pumps are dedicated to outdoor installations servicing gas fired generators. They are provided with an integral heated UPS for cold weather regions.
Materials: Welded steel transclosure with lockable hinged doors for secure access and protection. Transclosure includes a “hot box” to store the Smart UPS at a proper temperature for winter operations.
Power: Smart Uninterruptible Power Supply (Smart UPS) for backup power for 120V/1/60.
Approvals: UL/CSA approved gas booster pump and components.
Motor: 1/3 HP TEFC motor (120/1/60)
Installation: The E101-P-HTD and E110-PHC-HTD are both “Plug and Play” units that arrive fully pre-piped, wired, and tested, making installation quick and hassle-free.
Details: Integral lock-up style gas pressure regulator, with field-adjustable settings.
Capacity: 0 to 1000 CFH for the E101-P and 0 to 1,600 CFH for the E101-PHC, with a maximum available pressure of 15″ W.C. added to the inlet pressure. The unit also includes an outlet gas pressure regulator to maintain a consistent outlet pressure across a wide range of flow rates.

Booster Worx: E101-P HTD or E101PHC-HTD

The E101-P-HTD is designed to pump low volumes of non-corrosive gas, typically used when an increase in pressure is needed from the available line pressure. Ideal for critical applications like Emergency Standby Generators, this system is built to perform in extreme weather conditions. It comes fully enclosed in a welded steel transclosure, providing complete protection from the elements and featuring locking keyed doors to prevent unauthorized access.

Equipped with an integrated Smart Uninterruptible Power Supply (Smart UPS), the E101-P-HTD ensures reliable performance by delivering true sine wave electrical output during power interruptions. This system also features a magnetic coupled drive mechanism, eliminating the need for shafts or seals, which prevents potential leak paths and improves overall reliability. The E101-P-HTD has a capacity range from 0 to 1000 CFH, with a maximum available pressure of **15″ W.C. added to the inlet pressure. It also includes an outlet gas pressure regulator that maintains a consistent outlet pressure across a range of flow rates.

Designed as a “Plug and Play”™ unit, the E101-P-HTD arrives pre-piped, wired, and tested, making installation quick and easy. Key features of the system include a quality welded steel transclosure with lockable hinged doors for easy access, the Smart UPS for backup power, and an integral lock-up style gas pressure regulator with field-adjustable settings.
