Step 1: Quotation

We begin working closely with our client’s team to best define their needs and desires for their projectOften this includes site walks at their facility, ensuring we learn as much of their process and goals as possible to best deliver and exceed their expectations.   ETTER focuses on transparency and alignment of all the wants and needs, providing an extremely detailed quotation as the deliverable.

Step 2: Order Entry

Once approved and issued to ETTER, your order is entered into our system for seamless tracking, scheduling, and coordination across the various departments.  We have numerous check points to ensure the accuracy and completeness of each order as it enters our workflow process.

Step 3: Engineering

The project is assigned by a Project Manager, and a team of necessary technical resources is compiled.  Our engineering team designs custom solutions when necessary, applying deep industry expertise to meet your technical specifications and performance requirements.  Even the most typical standard projects go through a strict regiment of internal reviews to ensure accuracy of the work.  Very often, but not always, we provide the client with a comprehensive submittal package for your review and comment prior to release to production.

Step 4: Design

We have a talented group of Designers and Engineers utilizing state of the art SolidWorks 3D models to accurately develop the custom solutions for your projects.  For custom projects, this is one of the most crucial steps in the process to make sure all the design constraints are physically met.  These designs then get reviewed by the internal team, and most often by you and the client prior to cutting steel.
